These Terms & Conditions govern all voiceover services, artistic audio creations, and AI vocal licensing provided by POIEIN under the artistic brand Vox Sensualis.

1 : Company Information

By commissioning any work, the client fully accepts these Terms & Conditions.

2 : Scope of the Services

Vox Sensualis provides voiceover recordings, narrative and artistic audio works, emotional or sensory performances, brand vocal signatures, and AI voice licensing where explicitly approved. Any service not listed must be agreed upon in writing.

3 : Quotes, Orders & Confirmation

A project begins only when :

  • a written request is submitted,
  • a quote or rate is accepted,
  • the required deposit or full payment has been received.

Quotes remain valid for 15 days.

4 : Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise agreed (CHF or USD possible). Some services require full upfront payment; others may require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Work is delivered only after full payment unless specified otherwise.

Script changes, additional retakes, usage upgrades, and late fees may be charged separately.

5 : Delivery of Audio Files

Final audio is delivered digitally in WAV (default) or MP3. Deadlines are estimates. Vox Sensualis is not liable for external delays.

6 : Revisions & Retakes

Included : corrections for technical errors or mispronunciation. Not included (additional fees) : script changes, new tone direction, added text, or creative reinterpretation.

7 : Usage Rights & Licensing

Unless stated otherwise, all recordings are licensed for limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable use for the specific medium agreed upon.

The following require additional licensing :

  • paid advertising,
  • TV or radio broadcasting,
  • cinema usage,
  • redistribution or sublicensing,
  • AI model training or synthetic reproduction.

8 : AI Voice Licensing

Any use of the Vox Sensualis voice for AI generation must be governed by a separate written contract. Without explicit agreement, the client is strictly forbidden from using recordings to train or generate synthetic voice models.

  • No cloning or reproduction
  • No deepfakes
  • No unauthorized AI generation
  • No third-party access to the model

Unauthorized AI use results in immediate termination of rights and potential legal action.

9 : Ethical Restrictions

The voice of Vox Sensualis may not be used for hateful, violent, discriminatory, political, deceptive, medical, legal, or harmful content. Vox Sensualis reserves the right to refuse any project conflicting with artistic or ethical values.

10 : Confidentiality

All private information, scripts, and materials shared by the client remain confidential. Completed work may be showcased unless confidentiality is requested.

11 : No Right of Withdrawal

As recordings and AI licenses are custom digital services, the client acknowledges that no cooling-off period applies and no refund is possible once production has begun.

12 : Limitation of Liability

Vox Sensualis is not liable for how the client uses the audio files nor for legal issues arising from the client’s script or project.

13 : Termination of Rights

Any violation of these Terms immediately revokes all usage rights. The client must cease all use of recordings or synthetic voice material.

14 : Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of dispute, jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of France.
